“ Very good food. The Johnny cake was excellent, so was the curried goat. The waiter was very helpful in trying to find a mild option for our daughter and had her taste several options. All reasonably priced. ”
“ Food was AMAZING. We got the jerk chicken, the goat and the oxtail. The vibes were great. My only fit was the customer service. Server should really take a course in speaking a little louder and writing down the orders and having more of a sense of urgency. ”
“ This is go to spot when I’m in the area! Staff will cater to you. Just tell her what you want and she will make it for you even if not on menu. Food is good, authentic and reminds me of yard. Definitely recommend!! ”
“ This place is a absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was laid-back and welcoming. But let’s talk about the food—WOW! The escovitch shrimp... Spicy, tangy, and full of bold flavor—it had that perfect balance of heat and zest that makes your taste buds dance. The jerk chicken wings were easily the best I’ve ever had—perfectly seasoned with that smoky, spicy kick. The jerk pork ribs were next-level. Fall-off-the-bone tender, with a deep, smoky jerk flavor that hits with the perfect amount of spice. Each bite was pure magic—juicy, bold, and unforgettable. We also tried the rice and peas, and it was the perfect complement—fluffy, flavorful, and clearly made with love. And don’t sleep on the hibiscus tea—it’s refreshing, slightly sweet, and super fragrant with a zing of ginger. And then there was the coco bread—soft, slightly sweet, and felt like a warm hug! You can tell everything is made fresh and with authentic Jamaican soul and so much love! Can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend if you're looking for a casual spot with serious flavor. ”
“ Get the oxtail. Don’t even think about it twice. If you enjoy delicious Jamaican food, if you want to maybe shed a tear when you eat, get the oxtail. In fact, why are you even still reading this review when you could be ordering oxtail. Dish took me right back to my childhood days on the beach and enjoying a meal after a day of swimming. ”
